[livejournal.com profile] pezgirl7 just posted winner banners for the icon set challenge, and I'm happy to see I won! We still have to work at overtaking Team Tanner, they're currently in the lead. >_<

Thank you! The colors just seemed like a great fit for these characters: Buck - red - passion, Ezra - green - money, Vin - blue - sight. That's how I see them.

And just you wait, you guys ain't that far ahead. :p

Agree about blue for Vin and green for Ezra:). (And in my set it was purple for Chris, because, well, we don't have black in the rainbow:)).

Hee! I like that... though now I'm wondering what colors the others get? 7 colors, 7 men... you have to match them all up. ;)

Congratulations on the double-win! :)

I don't know! I didn't really think about the other boys, though it would be cool to make them and complete the set. For JD, maybe a different shade of green = youth, innocence. For Josiah, gray? As in age, wisdom? For Nathan, a shade of brown = stability, security? For Chris, maybe a fiery orange?? Any suggestions?

And thank you! :hugs:

Hmmm... I dunno. I was thinking in terms of staying with the rainbow colors, so let's see. Of the ones that are left, I tend to like Indigo for Chris - it's a good, deep, mourning sort of color. (*iz biased, because my Chris icon was indigo-ish* ;) )

For the others, I think I'd end up with Orange/Josiah, Yellow/Nathan, and Violet/JD... but I can't explain why. Just gut-instinct on what I like best.

You've done great! So far Team Larabee hadn't lost a single graphic challenge:).

(BTW, I've just printed Chris bookmark:). Now there is a chance I come back to the reading something other than M7 fanfiction:).)

Now we just have to catch up with Team Tanner!

Yay, that's awesome! How did it turn out? (And you can always print out M7 fanfiction!)

It turned out okay, now I have two of them (I didn't want to waste space on the photo print:)).
Alas, you can't use a bookmark when you read printouts:). Though I already caught myself couple of times that when I reread my favorite fantasy novels, I start seeing them as a potential AU for our guys:).

:) When I print them out, I like to staple them on the left side so the printout looks like an A4 booklet. And I sometimes put them into clear PVC folders - those are occasions where you could use the bookmark. I don't print out fanfic much, since I have so many stories saved - the cost would run me into the ground! I would LOVE to get an e-reader, but they're not exactly cheap. [I will talk myself into getting one, I'm sure. :)]

I usually print fanfiction when I can't stay in front of computer, but need to finish this story NOW... so them printouts sometimes look real strange:).
