ETA I'm gonna try a couple of different base layouts and see how I can customize them with this header in mind. I find the navlinks and calendar in this layout to be quite frustrating.

That's so pretty! Is that one of your pieces?

No, this is just a rough photo edit of an image of the Old Bridge done in PhotoFiltre since I no longer have any of my photo editing programs I did on my old computer. But I do plan to paint it (try, at least) and use it as a header. This is here as a placeholder, if you will.

O, and do let me know when you receive that book, will you? I think it's been almost two weeks since I mailed it, and I'm curious to see how long it takes fr something to get to you from here. :)

Oh god, sorry. Did I not email you? I thought I had done :( It arrived during the week, but I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to sit down and look through it properly.

It looks utterly beautiful though at first glance ♥

Yay, it's great to know it arrived! You'll find the letter in the inside of the front cover if you haven't already; I couldn't find another envelope that was as large as the one I placed the book in, and I didn't want to fold the hummingbird letter to fit it into a regular sized one.
