I had a lovely quiet day
and even though very cold and windy here, we are
at least not buried in snow as we were this time last year.
I am very sympathetic to those in the midwest part of the
US who are in a blizzard situation and unfortunately a number
have died.

I'm glad you had a good time, and I saw what the weather was like; for a while it looked like it was going that way over here as well. I posted some pictures of our snow covered town. I was so sorry to hear of the consequences the snow and the cold brought.

I appreciate the sentiment immensely, though I don't celebrate Christmas since I'm Muslim. Thank you for thinking of me, though! :bear hug:

Like I told sharpes_hussy, I appreciate the sentiment though I don't celebrate Christmas since I'm Muslim. It never came up in a conversation, so you couldn't have known. But I don't mind receiving the wish, it's wonderful you thought of me. Thank you so much! :hugs:
