I posted about something similar earlier, Microsoft's prototype e-reader called Courier (and you commented on it, saying that your doctor would appreciate something like it). I also posted about similar double-screen and single-screen devices (look up the books: e-readers tag). I have an e-ink reader by Astak called EZ Reader.
