Wishlists

So I kept seeing these around and even managed to fill some wishes (yay!) and I loved the idea so much that I wanted to take part as well. Since the upcoming holidays are not the ones I celebrate, this will be a permanent wish list, modeled after the one posted by dingsi here. I was also inspired by the lists posted by the lovely kayim and denorios.

Let me say two things first:
1. It is okay to want nice things. Post your wishlist! You don't have to be/do something special to "deserve" one! Just accept that sometimes people want to give you nice things! Because it makes them feel good, and/or they think you are rocksauce, or: because!
2. It is okay to not give someone what they want. People can be broke, out of energy, too busy, or simply go "eh, I'm not feeling particularly close to this person" and shrug and scroll past. Doesn't make them bad.

My Rules/Guidelines:

• I won't post more than 10 list items.
• I'll keep my list up to date - e.g. remove (or set apart, or strike through) granted or outdated wishes.
• I won't expect anything. People aren't obligated to fulfill my wishes, just like I'm not required to fulfill theirs. It's not a popularity contest.
• I'm going to thank people, either privately (phone, email, private message) or publicly in this entry. In case you do NOT want me to mention your name, please let me know somehow!


Peace on Earth and good will towards men people
- Do whatever you can to help those in need, whether it's helping someone with some chores, donating your time and/or money for a cause, or tipping a low-paid worker a bit extra for their good service.

- A better job for my sis would be perfect.

- Something Hawkeye related would be nice. :)

Art supplies
Most art supplies here are geared towards school children, so I have trouble finding what I need. I'd love to get some of the following:

- Drawing paper, such as Bristol board or Stonehenge.

- Colored pencils, for example Faber-Castell Polychromos, or Derwent Graphitint

- A battery operated pencil sharpener! I've been looking for one for months, and I only find electric ones with US style plugs that can't be shipped here anyway. :(


Fandom stuff
- Fic recs - the fandom I read most in right now is the Marvel Movieverse, especially Thor and The Avengers, but also Marvel's Journey Into Mystery comics with kid!Loki. I'm a gen, hurt/comfort addict, love team fics, Loki redemption and therapy fics, worldbuilding, Jötunn-focused fics, family relationship, brothers reconciling. I read any length stories, but would enjoy long ones most.

- More podfics! I'd love more Avengers and Thor podfics, but also more podfics in general. It would be great if you would think about posting guidelines about whether you'd want your works podficced or not. You may want to look at these two specific posts here and here, or check the community podficmeta.


Postcards
- I love receiving postcards, and I'm getting better at sending them myself. If you'd like to send me a postcard, you can PM me for my address, and leave me yours if you'd like one in return.
