Ostiant or Chalenduin

It is the combination of ingredients that intrigues me..................e.g. the Thai food we had for my bd.
The three dishes were all different but complimented each other.
The last time my sister and brother in law went out they sampled Ethiopian food and she said it was entirely interesting.
We are very fortunate in this area to have a host of restaurants that represent so many different ethnic styles of cooking.................
Years ago it was pretty much Chinese, but not anymore.
