This story is one of the reasons people are so het up about this Facebook connect business. It's incredibly easy to do something by accident, especially if it's something you've done so many times as posting a journal entry. If you've set up an automatic anything, it's easy to overlook it when you come across something that should be posted privately, or to a small circle of friends.
